Tutorials and Downloads

I’d like to ask my readers what kind of online tutorials and downloads you’re interested in.  Are you looking for homemaking help: cooking, cleaning, teaching/entertaining children?  Or are you interested in photography, web design, using Photoshop or video editing tools?  Would you like to know where to go to get help on these topics?  Are you the kind of person who likes hands-on tutorials, chock-full of images and videos and color, or would you rather just read the info and be left alone to do what you want with it?

I want better content on my site and there’s a lot of different ways I could go about it.  I need your help.  What do you wish you knew more about?  What do you wish you could do?  Would knowing ____ make your job/project/life much easier?

Inquiring minds want to know.

For me, tutorials are best with a couple of diagrams- color is only a distraction, unless that’s the only way to differentiate.

  • I like good ideas for homemaking, entertaining children, and crafty things. I always like tutorials best if there are a couple of pictures. I never try recipes that don’t have a picture. I’m not sure why, but the picture makes me feel like it is worth trying. I do think you can go overboard on the pictures though (as in so many that my computer can’t download them all!)

While I would truly benefit from help in photography, photoshop, & web design, I truthfully won’t spend the time reading about them. The blogs and web sites I visit often are both entertaining and have cute crafty ideas that I want to try.
