Stacked Pancakes

Today we made stacked pancakes, just like Almanzo eats on Sundays in Laura Ingalls Wilder’s Farmer Boy. 

(This was one of our homeschool history lessons.)

Fluffy pancakes, crisp around the edges from just enough butter, stacked with melted butter and brown sugar in between each layer
