Twilight Contest and DVD Giveaway
In celebration of my site migration, I’m giving away a two-disc special-edition copy of Stephanie Meyer’s Twilight on DVD. Almost every female I know is obsessed with anything she’s written (or is it Edward you’re obsessed with, hmm?). Pretty impressive for a first-time author. And since so many of my friends are quiet fanatics with this series, I’m holding a little contest. Let’s see how much you know about Twilight. If you answer correctly, you’ll get an entry. If you link to the contest, you’ll receive another entry. And if you add a facebook link, you’ll get a third entry. Since I have about five readers, you stand a pretty good chance of winning this special-edition Twilight DVD.

Great Idea! It has been too long since I read the books to remember the answers, but I do know it took place in Forks, WA - Nels and I visited there last year - it was pretty fun! You continue to amaze me, Rebecca - all you do AND KNOW!!!

It is interesting, so I accept the challenge. Later I may detail how I came into contact with the series and why I like it.

Incidentally, I own the books, but did not touch them from the time when I read this post, until I got done- all of 5 minutes.

2. How many times does Edward save Bella? It’s hard to say, isn’t it? There are so many times recorded, but there are all the times that Edward saves Bella we are not aware of :)But my rough guess is… at least three times in each book.
3. What gift does Edward have? Alice? Jasper? Edward can hear the thoughts of others, Alice can see the future that other people have choosen, and Jasper can control the emotions of those around him.
4. What is Edward’s full name? Edward Anthony Mason Cullen.
5. How old is Edward? 17 and has been for “a while” like since 1901.
6. What did Carlisle bury himself in while he changed into a vampire? A crypt or sewer.
7. What is the order of the books in the Twilight saga? Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn.
