Stacked Pancakes

Today we made stacked pancakes, just like Almanzo eats on Sundays in Laura Ingalls Wilder’s Farmer Boy. 

(This was one of our homeschool history lessons.)

Fluffy pancakes, crisp around the edges from just enough butter, stacked with melted butter and brown sugar in between each layer

How to Photograph Babies

 
 
 
1.  Shoot wide. 
Open that aperature.  Get that number as low as you can.
2.  Shoot in natural light and look for catchlights.
It really makes those colors pop and evens out skin tones.
3.  Get up close and personal.
Fill your frame with that beautiful face.  Or hands.  Or feet.
